I draw on my experience playing jazz, bluegrass and gypsy music to write challenging string ensemble music with a strong emphasis on rhythm, melody and fun. Please note that after years of playing uninspired viola parts, I vowed that some day I would write interesting and challenging viola charts to delight young violists. So far, I'd like to think I've kept that promise.
